How do I set up an appointment at the new location? 

Until August 4th, you can still call Marble Vet (828-516-9100) to set up your appointments, even for dates after the move.

After August 4th, setting up an appointment will be similar to how it is at Marble Vet, call the new number at 828-837-6115.  We will have all of your Marble Vet Records (and any prior records you have previously shared with us) to make your future appointments flow smoothly.

Can I still see Dr Gambill (or my preferred veterinarian) at the new location? 

Yes! Dr Gambill will still be seeing patients for a similar amount of appointment times over the week but will have more days of availability (she will have appointment hours Monday through Friday, instead of just Monday through Thursday).  Dr Gambill will still be providing surgery services as well as consultations and will have access to the same diagnostics that we have been using at Marble Vet, as well as a few new options.  By merging, we also can provide additional ill visits or day time emergency options with additional veterinarian staff available:  we are thankful to have the support of Dr Van Horn and Dr Hester to help meet your pets needs throughout the week!

Will I still be seeing the familiar faces of the Marble Vet team?

Yes! Our team will be making the move with us.  We also will be working with some other stellar staff that we hope you will get to meet as well. 

 

How can I get my records if I do not want to move with Dr Gambill to Alpine Animal Hospital? 

While, we hope you will stay with us, we understand that not everyone will be comfortable with this change.  So, if you would like to seek care elsewhere, just call and let us know which facility you would like us to transfer your records to.  Call us at 828-837-6115 . If you plan to stay with us - no need to have your records changed, we have them!
